Invasive moderately to poorly differentiated squamous cell carcinoma that is centered in the right subglottis and involves the glottis, right ventricle, anterior commissure, thyroid, thyroid cartilage and cricoid cartilage

High grade osteosarcoma in the left supraglottic region. The tumor is centered in and obliterates the thyroid cartilage, extending into the anterior soft tissues
