Answer: Rosai-Dorfman disease

Discussion: The lesion shows an intrasinus histiocytic proliferation with cells displaying emperipolesis or lymphophagocytosis. This feature is characteristic of Rosai-Dorfman disease. Usually it presents with cervical masses by involvement of lymph nodes, however it can occur in any location. In some cases it can be associated with auto-immune disorders. The most common course of the disease is a spontaneous regression.
