Answer: Lipoma
Histology: This large neoplasm was largely composed of mature fat.
Discussion: The histology of this mass is that of mature adipose tissue similar to lipoma in other sites. However, given its location in the retroperitoneum and the large size of the neoplasm (25cm), it is best managed clinically as a well-differentiated liposarcoma.
