Answer: Mucinous cystadenoma
Histology: (see Discussion)
Discussion: This neoplasm did not involve the larger pancreatic ducts. By light microscopy, the cysts were lined by a single layer of relatively uniform mucin-producing columnar cells. These cells lacked significant atypia. The stroma was remarkable as it resembled “ovarian” stroma and immunohistolabeled with antibodies to inhibin.
