    Correct

    Answer: Pulmonary meningothelial-like nodule

Histology: This stellate nodule is composed of uniform, slightly spindle shaped cells in the interstitium. The nuclei are uniform.

Discussion: Pulmonary meningiothelial-like nodules are not uncommon incidental findings in the lung (10% of resections from men, 5% of resections from women). By electron microscopy and by immunolabeling they have meningeal differentiation.
