Answer: Metastatic cholangiocarcinoma
Histology: Well-differentiated glands are present throughout the marrow. The pre-existing bone has been destroyed.
Discussion: This cholangiocarcinoma recurred along the sites of one of the peri-operative drains. The neoplasm remains remarkably well-differentiated despite the fact that it is growing in and destroying the bone.
