Answer: Chronic cholecystitis
Histology: Although the nuclei are enlarged in this case, they are not Pleomorphic and they have abundant cytoplasm.
Discussion: Reactive epithelial changes in the gallbladder epithelium are common. There can be nuclear hyperchromasia and enlargement, but the reactive cells have a low nuclear to cytoplasm ratio, the architecture is retained, and the changes are usually associated with areas of mucosal injury/denudation. Contrast this case with case 3.

Answer: Chronic cholecystitis
