Answer: Low-grade dysplasia
Histology: The nuclear changes in this case are more pronounced than in the previous case.
Discussion: The nuclear changes in this case are more pronounced than in the previous case. There is slight disruption of the normal polarization of the epithelial cells, the N/C ratio is increased, and the epithelial changes are observed in apparently uninjured mucosa. Compare to case 2.
