Histology: no provided
Discussion: The lesion consists of large lymphatic channels in loose connective tissue and collection of lymphocytes seen in the stroma. By immunostains the lesion is positive for D2-40, a lymphatic marker and negative for keratin ruling out a cystic epithelial lesion. Lymphangioma is curable with excision and does not become malignant.
