Answer: Nodular hidradenoma
Histology: This is a cystic lesion with an epithelial lining. The epithelial cells have clear cytoplasm, and resemble benign urothelium.
Discussion: Metastatic Urothelial Carcinoma is the main consideration. Metastatic Urothelial Carcinoma is excluded by the absence of a history of this disorder, but also by the absence of significant pleomorphism or mitoses within this lesion. Papillary Eccrine Adenoma typically occurs on the hands and feet and mimics sclerosing papilloma of the breast. Syringomas must be distinguished from tubular carcinomas of the breast. The current lesion lacks a significant papillary or tubular architecture, excluding these entities.
